On Monday after the Chuseok holiday, we held a Ttongttong Concert at Songun Middle School in Siheung City, Gyeonggi Province. An instructor from the North gave a lecture about life in North Korea, the process of defecting, and settling in South Korea. The lecture, held in the 1st grade, Class 4 classroom, was broadcast live to all classes from 1st to 3rd grade, allowing the entire student body to listen together. All Songun Middle School students listened attentively with great interest and even wrote down questions for a Q&A session. Thank you to the broadcasting club members who worked hard and to the Songun Middle School students who participated actively. We hope you will continue to show interest, knowing that understanding North Korea and its defectors is part of preparing for reunification.
